Booking Policy

Our Policy: Cancellation & Rescheduling Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equal to the booking deposit paid ($40 or the cost of the treatment, whichever is less). If using a Gift Voucher, this amount will be deducted from your voucher. If a booking deposit is not held, you will be invoiced and payment will be required before any future appointments can be booked. We always make every effort to fill appointments cancelled within 24 hours. If we are able to fill your appointment time with another client, the cancellation fee will be waived. In the event of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be transferred towards a future service at our discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your appointment. If your treatment cannot proceed due to late arrival, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will always do our best to reschedule your appointment to another suitable time. Booking Deposits A booking deposit of $40, or the full treatment cost if less than $40, is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. If using a Gift Voucher, please provide your Gift Voucher number when booking to secure your appointment. Appointment Confirmation Appointment reminders are sent prior to your appointment and require confirmation. Appointments that remain unconfirmed may be released and offered to another client. If you are unable to confirm via the reminder, please contact the salon directly to let us know you will still be attending. If your appointment is released due to non-confirmation, the usual cancellation policy may apply.
